Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- Minimum of 2yrs Hospice Experience
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Must Have a Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- Must have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)
- Are you okay with the required travel for this position?
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Meet critical deadlines for charting
- Self -manage time and schedule
- Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
