About The Position

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Middleburg, PA area. This position is eligible for $15,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishments of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus paid after 30-days of employment! Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end-of-life care planning. Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for. Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Work independently, but never alone. Travel to patient homes within assigned territory.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations
