About The Position

Residential Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Registered Nurse for a hospice position providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Williamsport, Pennsylvania area. The role offers clinical autonomy and meaningful patient relationships while working with an interdisciplinary team focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The position is eligible for a $10,000 first-year success bonus tied to key milestones.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where the employee works.
• Two years of RN experience and clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to spend approximately 20% of the workday driving to and from patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage symptoms and pain.
• Develop individualized end-of-life care plans.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the end-of-life journey.
• Use critical thinking and real-time problem-solving, and maintain thorough, compliant EMR documentation.
• Work independently while remaining supported by the care team.
• Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory.
