About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team in Fresno, CA. As a Registered Nurse in Hospice, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work closely with our medical director, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient, and provide education and support to their families. Your ultimate goal will be to support patients and their families with dignity, comfort, and love.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of California
• 1 year of experience in Hospice required
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in administering medications, treatments, and procedures
• Proficient in assessing and documenting patients' health status and progress
• Comfortable with using technology and electronic medical records to manage patient care
