Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.
  • Capable of all physical demands.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum one-year experience as an RN in an acute care setting is preferred.
  • Hospice experience is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall care of the patient from beginning to end of life.
  • Observe and monitor the patient to determine if the level of care being provided meets the patients’ needs.
  • Work autonomously and be responsible for all practices and duties within the scope of practice outlined by the state.
  • Provide one on one patient care.
  • Utilize clinical skills in providing end of life care as directed by an attending physician.
  • Be part of an interdisciplinary team that focuses on providing compassionate quality care to our patients.
