About The Position
We’re hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) who wants a slower pace of life on a beautiful island with a tight-knit, supportive community. You’ll step into a clinical role focused on providing compassionate end-of-life and palliative care in homes and facilities across the island. You’ll practice in Tisbury, MA, experiencing year-round coastal beauty and a mission-driven culture within a historic nonprofit organization.
Requirements
- Licensed Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts.
- At least 2 years of experience in hospice, oncology, or home health.
Nice To Haves
- Enjoy building deep relationships with patients and families during end-of-life care.
- Comfortable working independently across home and facility settings.
Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate end-of-life and palliative care in homes and facilities across the island.
