About The Position

National Church Residences Home Health division, located in Southern Ohio, is seeking a PRN Hospice RN Case Manager to serve all southern counties. This Home Health & Hospice agency is part of National Church Residences, the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services. The agency is looking for a Hospice RN who shares their vision to advance better living and care for seniors.

Requirements

• Degree in nursing field as a registered nurse from an approved school of nursing.
• Minimum of two years as an RN.

Nice To Haves

• Home health/hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice nursing care to patients in all southern counties.
• Manage patient cases as a Registered Nurse Case Manager.
