About The Position

Compassus is seeking a part-time Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join their team. This role focuses on providing compassionate care to patients, enabling them to spend quality time with loved ones and pursue enjoyable activities. The RN Case Manager will build trusting relationships with patients and families, empower caregivers through education, and collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort, peace, and dignity for patients. Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
