About The Position

We're seeking a driven, compassionate Community Liaison to build relationships with physicians, healthcare partners, and referral sources throughout Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Westmoreland, and Orange Counties. As our Community Liaison, you will establish and nurture trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in the medical community, conduct regular outreach to position hospice services as the provider of choice, and drive referral growth through intentional visits with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and social workers. You will also guide patients and families through initial hospice conversations with empathy and clarity, and exceed growth and census goals across your service area.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with healthcare professionals and community agencies

Nice To Haves

Hospice or palliative care marketing experience
Prior clinical background
