About The Position
The Hospice On-Call RN provides essential after-hours and weekend care to hospice patients, ensuring they can spend quality time with loved ones and engage in activities they enjoy. This role involves building trusting relationships with patients and families, empowering caregivers through education, and helping patients and families maintain their maximum level of comfort and coping during after-hours emergencies. Requirements
- RN license in the state you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
- Current driver’s license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
- Flex your schedule to meet agency-staffing needs. Typical schedules may include weekends only, weeknights only, or seven days on, seven days off
