About The Position

Compassus is seeking a Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse to provide hospice patient care after-hours and on weekends as needs arise. This role enables patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and engage in activities they enjoy. The Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse will build trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and their families, empower caregivers through education, and help patients and families maintain their maximum level of comfort and coping for after-hours emergency support.

Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
• Flex your schedule to meet agency-staffing needs. Typical schedules may include weekends only, weeknights only, or seven days on, seven days off
