About The Position
We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Atlanta and Roswell area of Georgia. They are a family-owned organization that is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care for each member of the family.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
- 2 years of in-home patient care experience
- Familiarity with EMR System
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of Hospice or Palliative Care experience
- KanTime EMR system familiarity
Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of about 12-14 patients
- Every other weekend 10-hour shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
- Average of 4 patients per day within the Atlanta territory
Benefits
- $42 to $45 Per Hour
- Mileage Reimbursement - $0.50 Per Mile
