Full time Hospice MSW Social Worker

About The Position
AdvisaCare Home Health and Hospice is seeking a compassionate Master of Social Work (MSW) to serve patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and surrounding areas. The Troy location is the parent agency. The role is described as part-time/per diem and offers the opportunity to support patients and families throughout the hospice journey.
Requirements
- MSW degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
- One year of experience in home health care or hospice is preferred.
- Hospice experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
