Requirements
- Current Michigan LPN License in good standing
- 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
- Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
Responsibilities
- Participate in field visits daily
- Participate in weekly office meetings as indicated
- Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a on call basis
