About The Position

National Church Residences Home Health division, located in Southern Ohio, is a Home Health & Hospice agency seeking a Hospice LPN for the full-time night shift (7 PM-7 AM). The agency is owned and operated by National Church Residences, a leading provider of senior housing and healthcare services. The ideal candidate will share the vision of advancing better living and care for seniors.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a vocational school of practical nursing.
Current Nurse License.
One to two years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide hospice nursing care during the night shift (7 PM-7 AM).
Work every other weekend.
Potentially perform mileage reimbursement duties.
