About The Position
Work as a vital member of the care team, providing hands-on support to patients while utilizing AI-supported technology to simplify your documentation process. Spend more time delivering care and less time on paperwork. This role focuses on patient-centered care, reduced documentation burden through AI tools, work-life balance by cutting down on after-hours documentation, and enhanced efficiency through technology-driven workflows.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
- 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, health, or experience working with terminally ill patients.
- Active and unencunbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
Nice To Haves
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred within 30 days of hire
Responsibilities
- Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring.
- Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits.
- Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden.
