About The Position

As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace. This is a FT position, M-F 8am-5pm with every 6th weekend rotation and 1 holiday requirement per year. This is a driving position seeing patients in both facilities and homes within the greater Eaton/Preble County and SW Montgomery counties.

Requirements

• LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
• CPR Certified.
• Computer skills are sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen.

• One year of nursing experience is preferred.
