About The Position

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct, skilled nursing services in accordance with the Plan of Care under the direction of the RN Case Manager. The role involves building trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and their families, empowering caregivers through education, and collaborating with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity. The position enables patients to spend quality time with loved ones and engage in enjoyable activities.
