About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Hospice Liaison in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a field-based hospice sales and relationship development role focused on territory growth and referral management. The position involves working within an established local territory with the opportunity to expand referral partnerships and account relationships. It is an independent field role supported by intake, clinical, and operational teams within a mission-driven hospice organization focused on compassionate end-of-life care. The Central Arkansas market offers strong healthcare referral networks and territory growth opportunity.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years hospice, home health, or healthcare sales experience REQUIRED
• Existing local referral relationships REQUIRED
• No active non-compete or ability to obtain release REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation REQUIRED
• Strong relationship-building and territory management skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable working independently in field-based environment REQUIRED
• Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Build and manage hospice referral relationships throughout assigned territory
• Grow and maintain existing account relationships within local healthcare market
• Develop new referral partnerships supporting hospice admissions growth
• Collaborate closely with intake and clinical teams during patient transitions
• Utilize CRM-supported workflow for territory and referral management
• Represent organization within healthcare community and local market networks
