About The Position

Seeking a Hospice Home Health Aide in the Wichita, KS area. The company is currently accepting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are willing to obtain Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• HHA certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice experience preferred.
• CNA's - must be willing to obtain HHA certification

Responsibilities

• Help patient with bath, mouth, skin, and hair care.
• Helps patient to bathroom.
• Helps patient in and out of bed, assisting with ambulation.
• Helps patient with prescribed exercises.
• Changes bed linens and may perform other incidental cleaning services.
• Prepares and serves food for patient, following special prescribed diets.
• Maintains records of services performed and of apparent condition of patient.
