About The Position

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care to patients across central Palm Beach County. The CNA delivers high-quality, compassionate care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), supporting patients and families with dignity and empathy in home and community-based settings. The role is per diem, with a schedule of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and weekend availability. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Six months of experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance, and basic knowledge of the county territory.
• Ability to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Good personal hygiene and a neat, clean appearance.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
