About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Executive Director for a hospice organization in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is an executive hospice leadership role overseeing branch operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and strategic growth initiatives. The position involves leadership responsibility for a fully staffed hospice branch supporting approximately 100 patient census. It offers the opportunity to lead interdisciplinary hospice operations while driving quality improvement and operational excellence. This is a senior leadership role with authority over budgeting, planning, team development, and organizational performance, with a direct reporting relationship to Governing Body leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years hospice leadership experience REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification and hospice operations REQUIRED
  • Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills REQUIRED
  • Experience overseeing compliance, admissions, budgeting, and team development REQUIRED
  • Strong understanding of interdisciplinary hospice care models REQUIRED
  • Experience building, growing, or improving hospice operations REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Registered Nurse license preferred and in good standing
