About The Position

Alpha Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Director of Clinical Services (DCS/DON) to lead our growing hospice program based in Everett, WA. This role provides leadership and oversight for hospice clinical operations, ensuring compliance with Medicare, state, and regulatory requirements. The Director will lead, mentor, and develop clinical managers and staff, oversee hiring and retention, drive quality improvement initiatives, and partner with agency leadership on strategic growth. The goal is to support exceptional patient and family care through interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements

Active Washington RN license (or ability to obtain).
BSN required.
Current BLS certification.
3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
2+ years of hospice leadership or management experience.
Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.
Hospice certification.
