The Hospice Consultant is responsible for driving referral growth within an assigned territory by developing trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and community partners. This role blends strategic territory management, consultative selling, and relationship-based marketing. The consultant will own their market, execute targeted sales plans, and serve as a key ambassador for Affinity Hospice. The schedule is Full-Time and Field-Based.
