Requirements
- Current CNA license in the State of Arizona
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and make a real difference
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
- Under the supervision of an RN, perform personal care needs including bathing, assist with dressing, change bed linens, prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding patients, take vitals when ordered, etc.
- Educate and empower patients and caregivers with confidence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that shares your commitment to excellence
