About The Position

Hospice CNA / Hospice Aide – PRN Location: Springtown / Azle, TX Area. Position: PRN. Competitive Pay + Mileage Reimbursement. Looking for flexible CNA work where you can truly make a difference? We're looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide to provide PRN support to patients throughout the Springtown and Azle area. Requirements

Current Texas CNA certification.
Hospice, home health, long-term care, or patient care experience preferred.
Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable providing one-on-one patient care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
Ability to travel throughout the Springtown/Azle service area
Current CPR certification preferred.
Hospice experience is preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

Hospice experience is preferred but not required.
Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and transfers as directed.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Observe patients and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
Follow the patient's individualized plan of care.
Complete accurate and timely visit documentation.
Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary hospice team to provide compassionate patient-centered care.
