About The Position

We're looking for a compassionate and dependable PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team serving Mansfield, Texas, and surrounding communities. Requirements
- Active Texas CNA certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout Mansfield and surrounding communities.
Nice To Haves
- Previous CNA experience in hospice, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing, or a hospital preferred.
- Hospice experience is a plus, but not required!
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable providing one-on-one personal care.
- Ability to work independently while following the patient's plan of care.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to hospice patients in their homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
- Help patients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Provide gentle repositioning, mobility assistance, and other personal care within your scope of practice.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
- Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to patients and families.
- Follow individualized plans of care established by the RN.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits.
- Communicate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patients receive quality care.
