About The Position
A great healthcare facility near Salem, Oregon, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team as a Hospice Clinical Manager. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with a Monday-Friday, day shift schedule in a home health setting. Requirements
- Must have an Oregon RN License or Compact RN License
- Must have previous experience in a Hospice/Home Health setting with at least 2 years of management/supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations meet state regulations, accreditation standards, and Medicare Conditions of Participation
- Plan and implement ongoing training, orientation for new hires, and continuing education programs on hospice best practices
- Serve as a key communication link between patients, families, clinical staff, and attending physicians
