VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Clinical Branch Director to lead day-to-day operations while staying closely connected to the care being delivered. Requirements

Active RN license (required)
3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations
Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development
Ability to manage operations while keeping patient care at the center of decisions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
