About The Position

VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Clinical Branch Director to lead day-to-day operations while staying closely connected to the care being delivered. This role involves supporting the team and ensuring a consistent, high standard of care across the branch. Requirements

  • Active RN license (required)
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations
  • Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development
  • Ability to manage operations while keeping patient care at the center of decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
