Employment Status: Part - Time Location: Tucson, AZ Compensation: $28-$28 / Hour DOE Job Summary As our Chaplain and Bereavement Program Manager, you'll be the heart of emotional and spiritual care for our patients and their families. In leading a dedicated team of chaplains, your guidance will embody compassion, mentorship, and inclusivity, ensuring that support is provided irrespective of religious or spiritual affiliations. Your collaboration with HR will contribute to our family-like team culture. Beyond logistical tasks like scheduling, you'll make a meaningful impact by personalizing spiritual and emotional care, offering direct counseling, and facilitating community workshops. Your meticulous attention to record-keeping helps us maintain our commitment to quality and integrity. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Master of Divinity
  • Experience with Death and Dying
  • Understanding of grief response & experience with counseling individuals or groups regarding loss
  • Knowledge and commitment to Hospice philosophy
  • Valid AZ Drivers License, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
  • Proof of current auto insurance
  • Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
  • Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Current CPR Certification & Proof of Negative TB Test
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
