About The Position

At Lifted Hospice, our mission is to help people live life to the fullest by delivering compassionate, clinically excellent end-of-life care. We are committed to dignity, comfort, and quality of life, walking alongside patients and their families. Our culture is built on trust, unity, and joy, serving from a place of favor and recognizing the sacredness of our work. As a Chaplain, you will serve a sacred role, offering spiritual presence, peace, compassion, and support to patients and families. You will provide personalized spiritual care in various settings, assess spiritual needs with sensitivity, offer prayer or counseling when invited, and support individuals from all faiths, cultures, and beliefs. You will also coordinate with local clergy and faith communities upon request. Your role involves carrying peace into every room, creating space for meaning, connection, and dignity, and helping patients feel seen beyond their diagnosis. You will support families navigating the unknown and remind the team that this work is sacred, with presence, kindness, and faith anchoring and uplifting others.
