About The Position
Moments Hospice is hiring a PRN Chaplain to provide spiritual support to patients and families navigating end-of-life journeys. The Chaplain collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care that respects diverse beliefs and values, and works with community clergy and spiritual counselors. The role offers autonomy, varied hospice care work, clear expectations, reasonable caseloads, and on-call support. The position is on the road.
Requirements
- Master's degree in divinity (MDiv) or equivalent theological degree
- Experience working with death, dying individuals, and their families
- Comfort in interfaith settings and ability to accept diverse beliefs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance

Responsibilities
- Conduct spiritual assessments and develop individualized care plans
