The Hospice Chaplain I PRN plans and coordinates spiritual services for United Hospice families and patients. This role involves providing spiritual support based on identified needs, assessing spiritual concerns, and offering consultation and education to the hospice team, healthcare facilities, and the community. The chaplain also performs sacerdotal functions, assists with volunteer training, serves on the Interdisciplinary Group, provides on-call coverage, acts as a liaison to community clergy, and offers grief and bereavement counseling. The position requires maintaining effective relationships with coworkers and management, adhering to company policies and laws, and demonstrating honesty and integrity.
