Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant
About The Position
Trinity Health at Home / MercyOne is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for their Home Hospice team. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule, Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with work every 4th weekend. The role involves providing one-on-one, compassionate care to patients in their homes, following physician-directed care plans to help patients maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Requirements
- Certified CNA in the state of Iowa
- Completion of a federally compliant training program and competency evaluation
- At least 1 year of experience as an aide in a healthcare or home care setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional relationships with patients and families
