About The Position

Billet Health is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Caregivers to join our Hospice care team serving patients across the tri-state region. Our team provides patient-centered Hospice care to geriatric patients in their homes or residential settings during a 9-week episode of care. CNAs work closely with the Director of Nursing and RN Case Managers to support individualized care plans focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. This role provides hands-on Hospice support services in the patient’s home or facility. CNAs have flexibility in scheduling and caseload management, with visits coordinated through our staffing team based on patient needs. Typical visits last 45–60 minutes.

Requirements

• Active CNA license (Tri-State required: AZ, CA, NV)
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid auto insurance
• CPR or BLS certification
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current TB test (skin test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years)

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide comfort-focused care in Hospice setting
• Support mobility, hygiene, and basic personal care needs
• Observe and report patient condition changes
• Follow care plan instructions from RN Case Managers
• Maintain safe and clean patient environment
