About The Position

As a Hospice CNA, you will provide paraprofessional services to the organization’s home care clients. These services will be developed by the primary nurse and prescribed by the physician, in compliance with the state’s Nurse Practice Act and any other regulations defining home health aide / hospice aide services. Requirements

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Maryland
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to provide emotional support to patients and families.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health.
