We are building a talent pipeline of compassionate CNAs and STNAs for future Hospice Aide opportunities serving Metro Detroit. Hospice Aides provide hands-on, end-of-life care that supports patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life in homes and care facilities. The role involves providing comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to patients during life's most meaningful moments. As a Hospice Aide/Homemaker, you will offer hands-on support to help patients maintain their quality of life in their homes. This includes assistance with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility. The position is ideal for a caring professional who finds purpose in building meaningful connections and serving others with empathy and compassion. You will develop trusting relationships with patients and families while collaborating with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to support each patient's unique needs.
