About The Position

This role involves providing personal care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team to create a unique experience for patients and their families.

Requirements

• Current Colorado CNA License
• Valid Colorado Driver’s license
• Adequate automobile insurance
• Reliable transportation, if providing care in the community setting
• A genuine spirit of caring and compassion
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Providing personal cares to our patients.
• Meeting the needs of our patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Working as part of the interdisciplinary team.
