About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is partnering with a leading hospital system to place dedicated caregivers in hospice and home care cases across the North Shore. These are stable, well-supported assignments where you can truly make an impact. This is a travel-based role offering independence and variety, with meaningful hospice and homecare work and strong support. You will have consistent client assignments. The role involves providing hands-on, compassionate care to hospice patients in their homes.

Requirements

• Valid HHA or CNA certification
• Driver's license + reliable vehicle
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• A calm, compassionate, and dependable presence

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping (laundry, linens, tidying up)
• Meal prep based on dietary needs
• Medication reminders (pre-set only)
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Support families during sensitive end-of-life care
• Respond calmly and responsibly in urgent situations
