About The Position

Bring your hospice experience and your talent for building relationships to a role that helps more families access compassionate end-of-life care. Choice Hospice is seeking a Business Development Liaison to connect with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations. You’ll help them understand our services, build trusted partnerships, and make it easier for patients and families to receive care when they need it.

Requirements

• Hospice or home health sales experience; at least two years preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build new referral relationships and strengthen existing partnerships with physicians, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Present Choice Hospice’s care model and serve as a knowledgeable resource on hospice services.
• Identify opportunities to expand access to care for older adults and people living with chronic or serious illness.
• Work with clinical and intake teams to support smooth patient transitions.
• Represent Choice Hospice in the community while following applicable marketing laws and regulations.
• Meet or exceed monthly admission goals.
