About The Position
Provide direct personal hygiene and care to the home care/hospice patient according to written plan of care. Document all patient encounters and care according to policy. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Requirements
- High school graduate of GED.
- Must have certification as a certified nursing aide.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- One year of healthcare experience preferred.
