About The Position

Constellation Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for their Hospice Program. The primary function of this role is to assist with personal care, provide assistance, and work cooperatively with the patient and family. The Hospice Aide will receive training in appropriate and safe techniques for performing personal hygiene and grooming tasks, including bed baths, sponge baths, shower baths, and hair shampooing in a sink, tub, or bed. The services provided by a hospice aide are ordered by a physician and are performed under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Requirements

• Successfully completed the CNA training and competency evaluation program approved by the state
• CNA License must be active and in good standing
• Current driver's license
• Willingness to drive within an assigned territory
• Reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of iOS operating system

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience and hospice and/or home health experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities
