Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant required.
- 1 year experience as a CNA in hospice, home health settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor basic health needs.
- Leverage documentation tools to track care provided and report patient conditions.
- Build trust with patients by maintaining focus on their needs.
