The Hospice Aide Manager position serves as a leader, providing supervision for direct care staff. This position services as a management position with management responsibility for their team and serves as a liaison between the Director of Patient Care, and the Hospice Aides on their respective team, patients and their families, and the community. This position will work closely with the leadership team on the implementation of policies and procedures while carrying out the organization’s purposes in a manner consistent with the culture, goals and established practices.
