About The Position

Optimal Care is growing and looking to connect with talented individuals for future opportunities. This role provides compassionate, skilled hospice care with a predictable schedule. As a Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse, you will deliver skilled nursing care and emotional support to patients and families during overnight hours, responding to urgent needs to ensure comfort, dignity, and peace at end of life. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in autonomous practice and is confident making critical clinical decisions in real time. You will work a consistent 7-on / 7-off night rotation (5pm–8am), offering half the year off while earning a full-time salary. With no additional on-call requirements and all shifts beginning and ending from home, you'll have a highly structured schedule.
