The Assistant Director of Clinical Operations, or (ADON), Clinical Manager, is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. The Assistant Director of Clinical Operations or Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring that care and services are delivered appropriately and for the supervision of clinical personnel.
