As a Hospice Admission Registered Nurse / RN, you will enable patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy. You will assess patients for hospice eligibility and explain hospice care services to patients, families/caregivers, ensuring all patient’s initial needs are addressed. You will also collaborate with Inter-Disciplinary Team members regarding initial plan of care, patient’s condition, and other essential information. Compassus provides a continuum of integrated home-based services including home health, home infusion, palliative and hospice care, managing patients’ advanced illnesses in partnership with health systems and long-term care partners. Requirements

  • RN license in the state you work
  • Two years of experience as a registered nurse
  • Current driver’s license
  • Current CPR and BCLS certification

Nice To Haves

  • Hospice experience preferred

Responsibilities
