Requirements

Minimum of 1 year in hospice sales/marketing exp
Familiarity with the Tucson healthcare market
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
A relationship-builder with a passion for connecting people to life-changing care
Results-driven and energized by achieving goals
Skilled at presenting services and value propositions in a professional and compassionate way
Committed to ethical, patient-centered care and community collaboration

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred (experience may substitute)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach plans to increase hospice referrals
Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and other referral sources
Represent Dependable Hospice at community events, meetings, and professional functions
Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and patient eligibility
Track outreach activity, analyze market trends, and report performance metrics to leadership
