Our Columbus Ohio Distribution Center is looking for a full-time Warehouse associate to work as a Hose and Wire Order Filler. Requirements

Detail-oriented and reliable.
Ability to lift 50 pounds floor to waist, waist to waist, and shoulder to waist.
Ability to walk and stand on concrete floors for long periods of time.
Ability to bend and twist the back.
Ability to finely manipulate and grip objects.
Ability to squat and reach overhead to gain access to higher and lower shelves.
Ability to do occasional neck flexions, extensions, and twisting while sitting, standing, or squatting.
Comfortable working with machinery.
Ability to read and write small letters and numbers.
Ability to make arithmetic calculations.
Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
Successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period.

Responsibilities

Performing daily tasks such as spooling wire, cutting hose, repackaging bulk chemicals, and efficiently filling sales orders.
Ensuring products are pulled, inspected, packaged, and stocked according to company standards.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-functioning work area.
Maintaining inventory accuracy by properly documenting quantities, identifying out-of-stock items, and ensuring all products with multiple packaging codes are stocked and prepared correctly.
Stocking received merchandise within 24 hours.
Visually inspecting product quality.
Verifying label accuracy for every order.
Meeting productivity expectations, such as spooling wire at a rate of no less than 30 spools per hour.
Recording accurate footage deductions to maintain correct inventory counts.
Completing and submitting a Daily Production Report to the department lead.
